Baby it's Cold Outside!

Boy do I have a lot of posting to do! I'm a little behind so this blog may be a tad long (mostly with pictures though). The last couple weeks we have been busy working a ton. My Dad is coming Thanksgiving week for his first trip to Colorado, and I want to take some time off to be with him, hence the crazy busy work schedule. Arni is swamped with the thesis, counting days down. The fantastic news of lately is, we are skiing again! We went opening day last weekend and did about ten runs before the legs were telling me that they hated me. We also went today. What a difference a week makes. A big storm blew in over the weekend bringing snow and colder temps, and fresh snow brings all the skiers and boarders out. The lines were bananas, and the freezing temperatures were pretty rough. When we started in the morning it was -3F with a whopping high of 5F. Add bone chilling winds slapping fresh snow against your cheeks and you get.....Frost Bite! J.U.S.T  K.I.D.D.I.N.G Pretty darn cold though, still fun, but that tops the coldest temp I want to be on the slopes for. Guess it's true what they say about living in Colorado... turns you into a ski snob! We ended our ski day with friends breaking out the Thermos and sharing some very welcomed piping hot coffee!
Remember that Halloween mini party I had? Well here are my creations!
 Creepy Oreo Spiders!
 "Mummies" in a blanket
 The spread
 Witches Brooms
Deviled Tarantulas

I voted! Go Me!
Oh the fashion faux pas I will endure to stay warm while running. (And because one can ALWAYS make fun of herself!)
Giselle loves wearing sweaters, however, she HATES the snow!
 Friends staying warm with coffee!
 We <3 our friends....Obviously!
-3F Almost too cold for skiing.... Almost...
